Terms and Conditions – Audit Viewpoint
1. Service provision
Audit Viewpoint is provided by CIPFA Business Ltd on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA). Access to the service is provided via CIPFA's website at auditviewpoint.cipfa.org.uk.
2. Commencement and Term
The service will be provided on an annual subscription basis; the subscription period will start on 1 January and end on 31 December. Payment for the subscription will be due on presentation of a valid invoice.
3. Subscription Renewal
An organisation or individual accepting a subscription renewal will be deemed to have accepted the terms of the service level agreement as set out in this schedule.
The annual subscription will be automatically renewed on 1 January unless prior notice of cancellation is received in accordance with section 4 below.
You will receive notification of your subscription renewal at least 30 days before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
To cancel your subscription you must do so in writing or by email before the 1st January 2012 to:

A subscription may be cancelled mid-term but fees are not returnable.
5. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are subject to an annual price review and are subject to VAT charged at the UK standard rate.
6. Nominated Contact
The subscribing organisation should nominate a contact for any queries concerning this subscription.
COPYRIGHT AND USERS RIGHTS
All information provided is the copyright of CIPFA unless otherwise stated.
The user may not pass on information retrieved from Audit Viewpoint to any third party without prior written permission.
SERVICE ENTITLEMENT
Two service level options are available: a personal subscription and a multi-user subscription.
Where a multi-user subscription is held by an employing organisation, any current member of its staff may access the subscription having initially registered through the organisation's email facility using an email address comprising the organisation's email suffix eg '@x.gov.uk'. Where a personal subscription is held, access to the service is strictly restricted to the named individual.
LIABILITY
Although every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information provided, it may contain errors for which CIPFA cannot be responsible. No responsibility for loss occasioned to any persons acting or refraining from action as a result of any material in this service can be accepted by CIPFA.
CIPFA cannot guarantee that the website and any associated services will remain uninterrupted or be error free.
